Her deep expertise allows her to partner with companies to craft customized staffing solutions that not only address immediate hiring needs but also align with long term business goals.

For the last eighteen years her focus has been in business development in the mortgage and title marketplace which includes recruiting, retention and management.

Joanne was past president for the Houston Associate of NAPMW for 2010-2011, 2011-2012 and 3rd Vice President of Membership for 2017-1018. She is actively involved in numerous organizations related to the mortgage/title industries.
