Credit Card Administrator Needed ASAP

***Hybrid – after training is completed and they are up and running it will be one day remote and 4 days in office.
Reports to: Corporate Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities:
- Set up employee profiles and order new cards for employees as directed by HR
- Ensure all card holders are provided a user guide and the employee credit card agreements are signed before issuing new credit cards
- Maintain active card listing and cross reference to active employee listing monthly
- Actively monitor and manage credit limits for all employees
- Resolve card decline issues in a timely manner
- Monitor credit card charges and review corresponding receipts for accuracy and authenticity
- Collaborate with branch administrators to ensure coding is correct and address any open items
- Communicate with branch reconcilers to improve timeliness and accuracy of reporting
- Monitor Wells Fargo open cases to ensure all cases get resolved
- Compile monthly data reports in excel for distribution to managers
- Develop strategies to monitor trends and propose new ideas to better the overall process
- Ensure all transactions are submitted by the 2nd business day as part of month end close
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
