Top Tier Litigation firm is growing and in need of an experienced Probate Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our probate litigation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary issues, and other estate-related litigation. The Probate Litigation Attorney will work directly with clients, develop case strategies, and represent clients in court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in probate court and other relevant legal proceedings.

Handle contested will and trust matters, including will contests, trust administration disputes, and fiduciary breach claims.

Provide legal advice to clients regarding probate, trust, and estate disputes.

Draft legal documents, including petitions, complaints, motions, responses, and discovery requests.

Conduct legal research and analysis on probate-related issues.

Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution processes on behalf of clients.

Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.

Manage a caseload, ensuring that all deadlines and court dates are met.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.

Stay updated on relevant probate and estate law developments.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in Texas

Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate litigation.

In-depth knowledge of probate, trust, and estate law.

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
