Our client, a leading full-service litigation firm with offices in Texas, New York, and California, is seeking a skilled and compassionate attorney to join their intake team. This nationally recognized firm handles complex cases in asbestos and toxic exposure litigation, pharmaceutical and opioid litigation, climate litigation, products liability, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters.
In this role, the attorney will play a key part in the intake process for all new personal injury, mass tort, and wrongful death cases. Responsibilities include conducting initial consultations with potential clients, evaluating case viability, gathering and organizing relevant documentation, overseeing or preparing petitions and complaints, and maintaining empathetic and consistent communication throughout the intake process. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, eager to collaborate with associates and paralegals as cases transition into active litigation or claims.
